Job Summary

We are currently seeking a passionate individual for the executive assistant position. As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring smooth operations.


Key Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as schedule meetings, manage corresponence, coordinates travel arrangements, data entry, filing, and document management

  • Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed

  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing

  • Plan and go to business travels

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications

  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a bonus

  • Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls in a polite and efficient manner
